Important things to note.

1. Please dress appropriately for the weather

2. This event is partially subsidized; however, each child is asked to bring $10.00 to cover the remaining costs. If you cannot pay the $10.00 please contact me directly and confidentially and we'll make it work. We don't want anyone to be excluded for any reason.

3. Feel free to bring/invite a friend or sibling, it is encouraged.

4. Please advise if your child(ren) will be attending by Thursday 25th September, 2025 so we can plan for enough drivers.

5. Please bring a reusable water bottle with drinking water

6. Please read, print & sign the attached Consent to Travel Form for each child(ren) attending.

3. Extra copies will also be handed out at this week's Rise Event (at the Vanerwerf's) 

We will be meeting at Tim Hortons at 360 Lincoln Street, Welland, Ontario for 6:20pm and will leave at 6:30pm. If you think you will be late, please contact me at 289-241-5968 (Cell). We plan on being back at the same Tim Hortons for 9:00pm.
